What are Color Enhanced Diamonds ?
Color enhanced diamonds are 100 % natural & genuine diamonds that have undergone some special
procedure. This process causes the crystal distortion, ultimately results in changing the color of the
diamond. This process is 100% from within the diamonds, meaning nothing else is been included in the
diamond from out side to add color to the stone. Even after changing the color, stone is 100 % Diamond.
The color of all diamond that is been treated is permanent and stable under normal conditions of wear and
care & is 100 % safe.

Is the color permanent?
The color of each diamond that we treat is permanent and stable under normal conditions of wear and
care. Color enhanced diamonds can be treated as any other diamond except when there are processes
involving extreme heat (560o F) when given for resizing, ex. The customer should inform their jeweler that
the diamond is color enhanced so that the proper precautions can be taken. |

How fast does ND GEMS INC. respond to customer e-mail?
We receive hundreds of email everyday and we answer each email in the order in which we receive. It
usually takes 1 to 3 business days. We answer all our emails from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
New York time.

Does NDGEMS INC. package jewelry in jewelry boxes?
We package all jewelry into bubble bags that are then sealed into padded mailers. We do not ship in
jewelry boxes due to the fact that we experienced a high volume of theft through the mail.

Do you ship to an unconfirmed address?
We only ship to a pay pal’s member’s verified address and confirmed name. But if it is unconfirmed or
unverified then it will take 3 to 5 business days to ship the item.

Are the items you are selling brand new?
We only sell brand new items. We don’t sell used jewelry

Do you offer ring sizing?
Yes, we do size rings. It will cost additional US $10 .00 for one size up or down, US $20.00 for two size up
or down from the original size. We do not resize more than two size up or down. If you need to size more
than 2 size up or down, kindly contact us before bidding.

Are you selling real jewelry?
All our jewelry are real and genuine. We do not sell synthetic or lab created gemstones or CZ (cubic
zircon) diamonds.

Can I pay by check?
We do accept money order, bank check or personal check. Since each bank is different. Personal check
takes few days to clear out. So, if you consider the time you mail a check and we ship the goods it takes
10 days period of time. If any check is returned from your bank, for any reason, it will be charged $35.00
bank fee. So, money order or bank check is easier for both of us and we can ship the good within 2 days.

If I send payment today, how fast can you ship?
As soon as we have the payment and confirmed address with verified information we ship an item 1 to 3
business day after we receive confirm payment. You should receive the item normally in 4 to 6 business
days after we ship. We do not ship in weekends. We ship Monday thru Friday – our shipping department
is closed over the weekends and on holidays.

Can you do expedited delivery?
Yes, we can do USPS next day for $30.00 extra only within USA. The payment must receive at the same
time with the purchase. We do not do international rush delivery.

How long does it take to receive my item?
As soon as we receive your payment and it is cleared in the bank or in pay pal, we ship the item either
same day or next day. Usually it takes 4 to 6 business days after we ship the item.

Is your checkout the same as ebay’s checkout?
Yes, either way you will receive a notification from us or e-bay and an invoice from us through pay pal.

What is the checkout and why should we do it?
Check out is the next step after you won an auction. Item that you win goes to a shopping cart and when
you check out it gives you the payment method and you do the payment with your choice, which give us
the order number and tracking number of the item you won and it is easier to track the item.

I won an auction. What should I do and where do I send the payment?
If you won an auction then the first step will be to check out. When you do check out it will give you
payment option of pay pal, personal check, money order etc. You should also wait to do check out if you
are waiting for other auction to end. We do allow 3 days to combine auctions so that you can take
advantage of out combine shipping charge fee.

I won an auction but I do not wish to complete the transaction?
Bidding on e bay is binding contract. If you won the auction then you must go through check out method.
If you don not wish to buy then please do no bid. We report non paying bidders to e bay and at the same
time we have retained a collection agency to collect money from non paying bidders. You can also face
suspension from e bay.

Why are your prices so low in comparison to retail stores?
We are a jewelry manufacturing company. We sell our jewelry to other wholesaler and jewelry store for
our whole sale price. A typical jewelry distribution channel involves 4 to 5 middlemen representing 250%
to 500% in added cost. E bay allow us to interact directly with the consumer at tremendous savings.

purchase. so if the stone pops out of the setting due to any kind of faulty craftmanship,you

collection. This can damage your credit. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract, please do not

refund within 15 days of the item(s) ship date. Items must be in their original condition, not
worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund
